Mr. Meyer joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2011 to assist in growing & managing the Real Estate Lending strategy. In his role, Billy is primarily responsible for the business development team and structuring and originating loans. Previously, Mr. Meyer was an investments sales broker with the Tax Credit Group of Marcus & Millichap focused on selling affordable housing apartments through the country.  Later, Mr. Meyer joined Holland Partners and represented the equity for acquisitions of value-add apartments in the Northwest. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Meyer participated in the sale or acquisition of over 7,000 units across the country plus originated over $3 billion in bridge loans. Mr. Meyer played collegiate golf and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. Billy is also the Founder & Chairman of the annual Montlake Club golf tournament and a member of the Seattle Best Practices Group in Seattle.

Kevin Quinn joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2013 and is Senior Asset Manager of the Direct Real Estate Lending platforms overseeing operations, banking, strategic growth, loan underwriting, and loan portfolio management. Kevin joined in 2013 with a background in commercial & industrial lending (business/corporate lending) and commercial real estate lending. His experience includes management, loan structuring, loan workout and special asset management, foreclosures, bankruptcies, real estate litigation, debt restructuring, CREO, commercial and industrial lending, corporate and middle market banking, asset-based lending, and equipment lease financing/brokering.

Kjerstin Scanlan joined Columbia Pacific Advisors in 2019 as the Office Manager. She now oversees the marketing efforts of the Real Estate Lending strategy. Prior to joining CPA, Kjerstin worked as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual and interned for Columbia Pacific Management. Born and raised in Seattle, Kjerstin graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a degree in Marketing and a certificate from the Professional Sales Program.

Sam joined Columbia Pacific in 2022 to provide underwriting support for the Real Estate Lending team. He previously was a Credit Analyst at U.S Bank in the Seattle Commercial Real Estate office underwriting loan products for various asset classes, in addition to managing several junior analyst’s workflow. Sam is from Lake Tahoe, NV, where he developed a passion for skiing and the outdoors. He attended the University of San Diego and completed his degree in Finance in 2018.
